November 2018 fand die Abschlussveranstaltung zum Cross-Mentoring Programm 2018 des Netzwerkes Human Ressourcen statt.\">On November 13, 2018, the final event for the Cross-Mentoring Program 2018 of the Network Human Resources took place. <\/span><span title=\"Beide Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der Linz Center of Mechatronics GmbH (LCM), Herr DI Gerald Schatz und Herr DI Dr.\">Both managing directors of the Linz Center of Mechatronics GmbH (LCM), Mr. DI Gerald Schatz and Mr. DI Dr. med. <\/span><span title=\"Johann Hoffelner, haben an dem Programm als Mentoren teilgenommen.\">Johann Hoffelner, have participated in the program as mentors. <\/span><span title=\"Die Mentees, DI Paula Reimer und DI Barbara Hartl, berichten von intensiven Gespr\u00e4chen und spannenden Begegnungen in den 7 Monaten Programmlaufzeit.\n\n\">The mentees, DI Paula Reimer and DI Barbara Hartl, report on intensive discussions and exciting encounters during the 7 months of the program.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"In der feierlichen Abschlussveranstaltung wurden die Zertifikate an die Mentees, MentorInnen und Unternehmen \u00fcberreicht.\n\n\">At the closing ceremony, the certificates were handed over to mentees, mentors and companies.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"Die Linz Center of Mechatronics GmbH (LCM) setzt sich seit Jahren gezielt f\u00fcr Frauenf\u00f6rderung gerade im technischen Bereich ein.\">For years, the Linz Center of Mechatronics GmbH (LCM) has been campaigning specifically for promoting women, especially in the technical field. <\/span><span title=\"\u201eEs ist uns ein Anliegen, Frauen f\u00fcr Technik zu begeistern und Ihnen die selben Karrierechancen wie M\u00e4nnern zu erm\u00f6glichen,\u201c erz\u00e4hlt Mag. Entwicklerin, bis hin zur aktiven Ansprache von weiblichen Talenten auf Karrieremessen, wie auch das Anbieten von Gleitzeit- und Kinderbetreuungs-M\u00f6glichkeiten.\">The measures range from targeted admission of interns and diploma students as a start in the career as a researcher &amp;
