SUMMARY:4smarts2017 | Symposium for samrt structures and systems
DESCRIPTION:The focus of 4SMARTS is on the interdisciplinary theme of the active\, intelligent and adaptive – briefly: smart – structures and systems. Accordingly\, the symposium covers all relevant technology fields with numerous contributions from research and application: from the material to the design of components and the integration of functions up to the reliability of complex systems. In addition to the classic areas of active vibration\, sound and shape control\, the Symposium also highlights further applications. Up-to-date contributions fill two parallel sessions on two days each. The focus is on the topics New Actorics / Sensor Technology and Structural Health Monitoring. The symposium will be rounded off with an evening event at the DLR Institute for Fiber Composite Structures and Adaptronics. The Linz Center of Mechatronics GmbH is at the 4smarts 2017 also with colleagues Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Manfred Nader in the program advisory board. Colleague\, Dipl.-Ing. Daniel Reischl will give a lecture on “Optimal design of piezoelectrically actuated overall systems” at 4SMARTS. \nShare this information
